Gilda Elena Rojas died peacefully at home on Oct 31, 2025, and is preceded in death by her parents Martha Menendez, Kiki Rojas and stepfather, who raised her, Juan (Chico) Menendez.

Gilda had just turned 74 on October 17th.

She has 2 sisters, Yvette Menendez and Vicki Rojas Iverson (Erik) and 5 brothers, Jerry (Zenaida), Rocky (Kathy), Ricky, Darren and Erik (Brandi). Numerous nephews and nieces and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at Key West Cemetery on November 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Plot is on Palm Ave (upon entering cemetery take first left which is Palm Ave).
