Gerald Franklin Billingsley, Jr. was born on August 20, 1957, in Brunswick, GA, to the late Gerald Franklin Billingsley, Sr. and Carrie Bell Reynolds.

Gerald attended Brunswick High School and relocated to Key West, FL. There he met and married Jacquelyne Mae Dean.

Gerald was employed by the Key West Housing Authority. He also loved gardening and his two cats.

On August 25, 2023, the Lord called him home to Eternal Rest.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Joseph E. Reynolds, Jr.; and sister: Annie Bell Reynolds.

Gerald leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife: Jacquelyne Mae Dean; 2 sons: Gerald "Hammer" Billingsley of Key West, FL and Shawn "HB" Billingsley of Miami, FL; 1 stepdaughter: Isabel Candace of Arizona; 2 sisters: Sarah Reynolds Floyd of Brunswick, GA and Carolyn (Clarence) Mifflin of Hawkinsville, GA; 1 brother: Darrell (Brenda) Reynolds of McDonough, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
